Galla-Rini
WORLD'S FOREMOST CONCERT ACCORDIONIST

Galla-Rini, known as the Paderewski of the accordion, is a unique figure in a limitless field, the possiblities of which have yet to be proven. For many years the piano accordion has been a novelty instrument and but few artists have dedicated themselves to the work of displaying the true beauty of the unfathomable depths of technical skill which are to be found in the instrument. The misappropriation of the accordion has caused many to look upon it as a trinket but in its complicated mechanism and its tonal chambers reposes a wealth of beauty that to the inspired musician becomes comparable to any instrument regardless of its name.

Galla-Rini is the foremost of all artists who have undertaken the difficult study and task of proving to the world that here is an instrument that vies in beauty, in effect, and in emotional warmth with the violin, the piano and the organ.

Galla-Rini, a young man of Italian extraction, became so successful in his crusade that he has been the example set before thousands of young musicians. His success made many demands upon him, both as an artist, a writer and a teacher. He has been one of the featured artists for the Victor Recording Corporation and the hundreds of published works for the accordion that have emanated from his pen are in themselves testimonials of the true genius inherent in this man.

Galla-Rini is a name which will long be remembered, not only for his artistic ability, but because of the foundations he has laid in bringing to the people a better understanding of his work.
