RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Petosa, the item may be returned within 7 days of receipt date for refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (exclusions may apply – this policy does not pertain to new or used accordions). Returning of electronic products may be subject to a restocking fee. If free shipping was offered, shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount upon return. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund due at the time of return or exchange. Any transaction fees that are incurred may be deducted from the refunded amount. You must Return Authorization from Petosa Accordions and have proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or account purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
NEW ACCORDIONS: New acoustic accordions purchased by phone or online are returnable/exchangeable within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to exchange in-store purchases (no refunds) within 7 days. Any transaction fees that are incurred may be deducted from the refunded amount upon return. If free shipping was offered, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount upon return. Returning of non-acoustic instruments are subject to a 25% restocking fee (i.e. Roland V-Accordions, amplifiers, etc.). New accordions must be returned in new condition.
CERTIFIED USED ACCORDIONS: Certified Used Accordions purchased by phone or online are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Any transaction fees that are incurred may be deducted from the refunded amount upon return. We are happy to exchange in-store purchases (no refunds) and all Certified Used Accordions are offered with a guaranteed 6-month exchange policy (see below for details). Customer is responsible for return shipping.
TRADE-IN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We understand that our customer’s needs change – this is why we encourage you to take advantage of our exchange policy: a one-time, six-month exchange on all pre-owned acoustic accordions and 1 year towards a new accordion. The exchange policy is awarded to the original owner and must have been purchased directly from Petosa Accordions. This guarantees 100% of purchase value towards a different accordion within the stated timeframe. After the exchange period expires, trade-ins are always welcome and will be appraised upon re-inspection of the instrument.
Didn’t purchase your accordion from us? No problem, we can appraise your current accordion(s) for trade value upon inspection. We welcome instruments to be personally delivered for immediate appraisal or shipped from out of state by your choice of courier (see Returns below for shipping instructions). If you have questions about how to pack and/or ship your accordion, give us a call and we can help walk you through procedures and precautions that may help avoid damage during shipping and handling (call us at 206-632-2700). Please understand that we cannot provide appraisal information without physically inspecting an instrument.
ACCORDION GARAGE ITEMS: Items in the Accordion Garage that are purchased by phone or online are returnable within 7 days of receipt. New items are subject to a restocking fee if returned in used condition. Items are offered as is and therefore no warranties are provided for this section. RETURNS & EXCHANGES BY COURIER: To return or exchange an order by courier…
You must contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization confirmation. Upon receipt of RA, return item including your original invoice or sales receipt. If you do not have your original invoice or sales receipt we can provide one for you. Any item returned without a Return Authorization, original invoice or sales receipt will not be honored. We ask that you refrain from using ‘packing peanuts’ – a $30 unpacking/disposal fee will be applied if used to ship your accordion.
Include a copy of your proof of purchase. No proof of purchase? Include full contact information and any information pertaining to the purchase and we can use our records to confirm the purchase. We recommend insuring valuable items and choose a service with tracking if possible.
